I'm smiling because I didn't have to cook! | RiverIndia prides itself on our excellent standards, food, and service. Throughout the course of our expedition we eat a variety of meals. In Dibrugarh, Assam we overnight at a hotel and have cocktails, traditional Assamese snacks, and a 5-course traditional Indian meal including butter chicken masala and naan. On the river, meals are cooked with pride by our specially trained guides. Whenever possible, we use fresh, organic ingredients. We are ardent supporters of Arunachal's young certified organic farming industry. Many of our ingredients are specially imported: Danish Gouda, Italian Fettucini, and Spanish Olives have all found their way on trips! We aim to provide a delicious mix of international and Indian fare, introducing the grand landscape of Indian meals to enticed guests to further explore the country's cuisine. |
